These next menus are from past Intermediate dinners.
These menus are examples from previous dinners. The menu for the dinners changes frequently. The course structure or progression is pretty much the same, but what we serve in the courses changes. For example if we have a number of vegetarians or vegans as guests for a dinner, then the menu will obviously contain vegetables and not steak. Some ingredients still have a seasonality to them and their availability will also affect the menu.
